Big meets Beautiful at Botanical Garden in Atlanta

In collaborating with The New York Botanical Garden and The Henry Moore Foundation, the Atlanta Botanical Garden brings Moore in America to our fair city. Showing now through the month of October, the exhibition is sponsored nationally by MetLife Foundation and supported locally by UPS.
Moore in America is the largest U.S. outdoor exhibition of massive bronzes by British-born Henry Moore, who is widely acclaimed as the most important sculptor of the 20th century. TIME magazine ranked it one of the top 10 museum exhibitions in the country.

Moore’s sculptures, most so tall, wide and heavy they required cranes for placement, appear even larger amongst the dense plantings of Atlanta’s expanding garden spot. This is the final destination of the tour, and a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to see 20 of Moore's monumental sculptures in a single exhibition.

The Atlanta Botanical Garden is located at 1345 Piedmont Ave. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. For info call 404-876-5859.
